Oil Training at the Gas Training Institute

the Gas Training Institute to do some oil burner training. It was a great day (sold out) and some excellent training was conducted by George Lanthier. He has a wealth of information and presents it in a manner that is easily accepted and understood. His use of props and power point was great. I am not a big fan of power point but George has his well put together. We have the same session scheduled for April 1. We have a double blessing in having Alan Mecurio and George on the oil side of things. I am looking forward to a lot more of this training being conducted at my center.

You got that right! 2 of the finest teachers in the industry, and I speak from (the learning )experience.

George may punctuate what he says with his"FACT" statement, but having to be an "expert witness" in FAR too many court cases backs it up. Having to deal with the LAW and it's reprocussions has a profound effect on TEACHING the people who do our jobs in a little different manner.

I will again suggest to all, if you work on oil equipment and want to learn more than your competition, attend a few classes with George and Alan. They are doing what they do, to keep the future looking just a bit better for the industry.

If you work on gas equipment, take a few (or more) classes from Timmie. They are all just trying to pass on their wealth of KNOWLEDGE to all of us. Learning is CHEAP, the consequenses of not knowing ,can bite you in the hiney.Chris
