Underslab insulation compromise

I have a handful of Insultarp jobs running. Best I can tell they perform just as well as them foamboard.

I did instrument one job with half blueboard and 1/2 Insultarp. Haven't had a chance to run numbers yet, however.

So for now I'll foam the first 4 feet around the perimeter, then Tarp the rest. The Tarp sure does conform to the ground much better than foam. Nothing worse than hearing foam snap all day as you walk on it :)

    Heh Hot Rod,

What type of tubing are you using? Just interested.

Like to hear from the best.

    Thanks,

Have either of you seen or used the product insulworks. The web site is www.beaverplastics.com. You don't have to tie your pipe down,it appears to have "fingers" that you snap the pipe into.
