Does anyone know of a site where I can download service literature for Johnson Controls? Also would like some feedback from you guys on sensors. Can a sensor be too far from the control that it is sending and recieving a weak signal? Thanks in advance.

Sensor length.
As for the J controls, Any literature should give you a general web sight too go to... Sensor length... Every manufacturer has a max. set length at which the sensor can be run. This figure is with no change in sensing capability. When you go outside the man. specified length, Often larger wire has to be installed to allow vore voltage drop, which would in turn affect the sensors opreation. All manuals offer a pretty good explanation of the principals of this proceedure.. Hope this helped....0 -
