Thanks to Tim Doran

I just wanted to thank Tim Doran. I had an issue to try to reslove, and could not get to the job untill today. I e-mailed Tim, and he was kind enough to give me ways to contact him outside of his office, and intrude on his weekend. We talked through the problem, came to the same conclusion, and he is helping me take care of it.

Just another reason why I will always use Wirsbo as my first choice of products, when making a selection in radiant heat products, I know I wouldn't get that from an internet company.
