Add for Dead Beats

that I think someone posted here or not sure if I read it some where about an ad in the paper for "Pay a Dead Beats debt" or something like it. Have a contractor that wants me to charge just what it cost for a new AT4 Direct vent hood that was damaged on a new install. I informed him how much it would cost and he told me to do it and now he wants to adjust my price. Sad part is my father told me to get the money up front! Now he is going to make me read Larry S's book "Nice guys finish Last" and I told him I can use the meat hook for other things too.

Personally i would offer to remove the hood and allow him to find someone else..:) In my state he cannot refuse unless he is willing to pay...good luck And next time have him sign a contract for your protection...IMHO
