I'm doing a new 2 story home with hot water baseboard heat. My question is : Can I do a supply / return zone on the first floor and a monoflo "T" zone on the second floor from the same boiler and circulator?

2 pipe and monoflo
Yes you could but why would you want to? You would certainly have fun balancing the two. That's for sure...0 -
Jack, the cost of the second circ
with its relay, flo-check and thermostat is minimal compared to the control and fuel savings they will give you. Go with 2 zones, you will not regret it.
