    found my book

found my " How come" book and all my notes,, Dan would have liked that I bought a new one, as I spent about 3 hours looking for this one and $25.00 would have been cheaper---------------

dont forget a bronze 3 peice pump with that

water cooled pumps dont have that starting torque for sluge, and cast iron sticks to it
  • are you sure

you need a bronze pump? i just put one in according to dan's diagram and it worked great with a 007. at least for a month. bob

    i dont remember a 007 in dan's diagram

this is based on my experiances and many others on the wall - do a search

youl get one season if it's an old system, two or three if it's new - then the cartrige inside will be jammed on iron oxide

    - if you keep it real clean, and you exersize it all summer, then maybe you will get away with it, i know, a B&G 100 series in bronze, is $245 trade price - ouch

dont take my word for it ask dan

We have a system that has been in for at least 5 years...

with a B&G NRF-22, flat plate HX and an oversized 2" wye strainer on a 1" line. Showed the customer how to blow down the strainer and its been working fine.
