taco pump buzz

I have a taco 006-BTA I'm using it on a single zone radiant floor 300' with kitec 1/2 pipe when the floor has been off for a while and then comes on it buzzes if i turn it off then back on its OK i replaced the capacitor the one that was on it was a 5 uf + -or - 10% the new one is 5uf +or-5% from taco i still have the same problem the pump has been in service since sept of last year and it was new when i bought it.I'm using it on a pri.sec. system.Thanks for your help Joe

Plus or minus 5% capacitor should be fine. The capacitors function is to store enough energy to start the motor. Are you sure the buzzing is coming from the pump? There really isnt anything that can buzz. Perhaps, you have air in the system, or the head in the system is greater than the capacity of the circulator causing the recirculation in volute. Please advise, if you require additional assistance.
