1960's early 70's OLD radiant slab

6-10" of leak free radiant iron pipe in slab. 1 1/4" manifolds dis-appear into a massive slab above. No telling where they go. Owners hired a consultant and the sub-contracting begins.

I've been hired to consult a new (desired) radiant system. WOW. I'm lost in this house. It's BIG. Really BIG. BIG concrete slab. Poured on top floor as well. Need digital camera. next time there.

Hard to explain but, the whole main level is old radiant. They want it back. The hot air guy is blowin hot aire up the clients (you know).

Ever seen a late 60's early 70's big slab Modern with 11/4 mains feeding the floors and no other evidence except comfort?
