    Check the boiler

Some Cast Iron boiler have built in air seperators. To effectively use them you would just put an air vent in the tapping. Check the make and model of the boiler. Find the local distributor and ask for literature if you don't already have.

If not place the air scoop on the supply side of the piping.

Air seperates best when it is hotter.

    Good Luck,
    Justin
