Iam not sure what size you are using or material, but Rickwell makes insulated pipe foam with pvc pipe cover. Just make sure you dont forget fittings

Has anybody used Urecon insulated pipe as a pex carrier conduit for underground applications. Looking for pro's and con's. Also looking for other underground insulating means that are professional looking and most importantly thermally effective. Matt

I 've used eco-flex

It comes with two(or more) pex pipes already in it
I can't see it being any easier

I have had good luck

with this product http://www.insulseal.com/

I buy the 3" schedule 40 PVC with the foam and waterproof covering. I can easily slide two 1" PAP lines and a couple 1/2" or 3/4" along side for DHW or wire condiuts. It has the real deep bell ends for a good tight seal when glued.


I use it mainly for outdoor wood furnace installs, but have several jobs where the boiler will be in the garage and I will cross under the slab with the Insulseal.

Quite a bit less money than Eco. They will ship small orders, also.
