This cold winter

I was in Myrtle Beach last week and had to take my youngest to the emergency room when he got somthing in his eye.

The young doctor who treated him was originally from Maine but his wife was from South Carolina. He said his wife would Never let him move back home to Maine. I said why not ? He said they went back this January to visit his family. After a couple of days of near -40 degree wind chill weather, his wife said " WHY would Anyone want to live here" . I could'nt stop laughing.

Tough time to visit a beautifull place. He'll have to try a visit in summer.

I suppose the shoe would....

be on the other foot come Aug. when it is 100F w/ the humidity cranked up so high you could cut it w/ a knife... It is all just what you are used to. I'll take the 4 seasons anytime....kpc
