Busted Wet Return

I've got a building with a busted wet return buried in concrete. Would rather bring the condensate back overhead than jackhammer up a lot of rock. I can get up to 3psi steam without violating dimA issues or any other rules and currently operate at 2psi. Would have to lift the condensate 80 inches to clear doorways. Does anybody make a boiler return trap anymore or is there a nifty pipe arraingement to lift without using someones pumpless condensate tanks (they require to much pressure).
