struggled with a poor performing system for 6 years now. The original installer refuses to come back to sort it out.
He had a concept, just poorly excuted.
The 1-1/4" injection bridge was out of control for the 100,000 load. The Raypak was short cycling the flue to death, notice the tell tale stains on the boiler jacket. Also the flue was grossly oversized and probably never warms up with the short cycling boiler.
The injection control sensor was on the sunny south facing brick wall. Also directly behind the generator exhaust pipe, which exercises every day!
The fluid was like old coffee water.
We made a few changes to the injection bridge, and will add a windowed flow setter to fine tune. The REMS Curvo makes nice thermal drops :)
A cleaner is running for a few days and some adjustments to the Raypak to try to make it get along better with the three small zones.

The loop that is.That curvo is slick.I enjoy my Amigo2 and would love to get one of those benders. As fars as the thermal trap..........I have read various tales of the Mr. Spooky ghost flow:)I see you downsized the cross over 2 sizes.Probably could of done it in 1/2".Where is your flowsetter?I aint seeing it.
I to have found (one job)where the outdoor sensor was tanning:)Not by a house generator though. What was the stack temp.and what is it now.Are you addressing chimney?

Yes this could have been a 1/2" bridge. Actually 3/8" would handle the load! My on the truck stock of iso flanges and reducing tees made this the better option.
I also didn't have a 3/$" flowsetter on the truck. The ISTEC brand I use has a nice window and a tiny hole in the middle. Iywill tame down that 3/4" loop and let me dial in the exact gpm needed. The VIP/ tekmar VS control will run that 15-58 with intergral check to inject.
The Curvo has a similar motor as your REMS threader. Wish they could build it to fit into the threader powerhead. That would be a slick multi purpose tool!
Here is an 1-1/4" type L copper wall bracket/ primary loop I built for a Munchkin, using the Curvo. A 50 gallon buffer tank sits below.
