Can you please size a replacement boiler gas fired steam boiler for me, based upon using existing cast iron radiation? Apartment contains tube type cast iron radiators of the following sizes:
1. Master Bedroom- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 10 sections.
2. Second Bedroom- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 7 sections.
3. Kitchen- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 6 sections.
4. Dining Room- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 12 sections.
5. Living Room- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 15 sections.
6. Spare Room- 23 inches high, 5 tubes, 10 sections.
7. Bath- wall mount, 6 sections, 3 inches thick, 15"X23"
8. Side Hall- Wall mount, 12 sections, 3 inches thick, 28"X29".
9. Front Hall- wall mount, 6 sections, 3 inches thick, 29"X14.5"

Additionally, can you please size, a replacement gas fired hot water boiler for the first floor of the same home, using existing cast iron radiation?
The same tube type cast iron radiators are present.
Their sizes are:
1. Master Bedroom- 23" high, 5 tubes, 10 sections
2. Second Bedroom- 23" high, 5 tubes, 7 sections
3. Kitchen- 23" high, 5 tubes, 6 sections
4. Dining Room- 23" high, 5 tubes, 12 sections
5. Living Room- 23" high, 5 tubes, 15 sections
6. Bath- Cast iron baseboard, 24"X10"
