FOOD & WATER
2 - Water containers, at least liter size
1 - Bring your own lunch. (Power bars or equivalent, trail mix, etc.)

CLOTHING
1 - Clothing, adequate for climate (Dress appropriately, layers are best)
1 - Extra socks, other clothing to replace wet gear.
1 - Warm hat, cap or other headgear
1 - Sunglasses
1 - Bandanna or handkerchief
2 - Pair durable gloves
1 - Footwear, sturdy, adequate for climate
(Please dress appropriately, you will be out in the cold, and walking in deep snow. Proper footgear is essential, as are extra socks. Safety First! We do not want to anyone to endanger their lives or health.)


OPTIONAL PERSONAL GEAR

1 - pad & pencil/pen (capable of working in cold conditions)
1 - Flashlight, extra batteries and bulb
1 - Knife-multipurpose
1 - Flagging tape roll
1 - Lip Balm with sunscreen
1 - Measuring device, 18 inch minimum
1 - Tissue papers or baby wipes (Remember we will be outdoors all day)

1 - Area maps

1 - Backpack
1 - 2 way Radio with extra batteries
1 - Nylon twine or small rope (E.G., parachute cord) 50 feet.
1 - Cellular Phone
1 - Binoculars or Spotting Scope
