clammy buderus install

I also want to thank you for using our zone valves! Can you give me some details on how you did the conduit for the wires? Terrific job! The quality of the work displayed on this site is amazing. I would sure like to see some of this work on HGTV or some other venue where more homeowners could see what quality work looks like. See you at Wetstock?

    I just love.....

how more guys are using panels for there controls and making them asthetically pleasing. Nice work, Clammy. What is the purpose of the dielectrics and utility boxes over the ZVs?

What type of heat emitters are you hooked to?

Keep up the very good work!

    thanks

Thanks for the complaments.Thehandi boxes are for the low voltage connection for those honeywell valves i just believe it makes it easier to trouble shoot later if required each box contains 24 volts for the motor and a set of wires for the end switch i just use 1/2 offset nipples and someemt set screw connectors i think it looks better then a birds nest.As for what's hooked up it just baseboard except i split the upstairs origal split loop and installed a new stat for the master and other bedrooms was easy .I also ran all new baseboard in the ground level because of a underground loop leak on the slab baseboard loop which some other company could not find as the origal promblem started 2 months ago finally the custmer quit them signed up with us and on the first service call foe air promblems i talk to the ho and loked out side the boiler room and saw that they had underslab loops it was all to easy, the ho felt confindant in us and let me go to town with there money and do it right.I talked them into the buderus with the indirect over a weil with a tankless the company gave them a good deal and there comfortable and happy,i would again like to thank you all for your extremly kind words they come far and few between where i am thanks and peace

    I just noticed

that you took the time/effort to use rubber grommets in the handi-box knockouts where the stat wire exits.

    It's all in the details...
