1 inch return on boiler

I have a 130000 btu boiler that has a 1 inch return on it. Am I to assume that would limit my circuits to two 3/4 inch returns. They will both feed in but what if I add a third return that is 3/4? I want to zone with 3 circulators. Is this possible? Or would it just slow the whole system circulation down to the point that it wouldn't work? Thanks.....

pipe size
is determined more by BTU's drawn off the individual branches (zones) than by size of each branch added together. Feet of b'b'd on each loop needs to be known.
At 130k input, and 80% efficiency, a SHORT run of 1" header probably will work okay. Of course, your boiler is also probably oversized to start with
Get out the tape measure and see what you have for actual finned length.0
