Heat wise ?

Anyone know about heatwise burners? They are located a couple of miles down the road from me & I'm looking for feed back.I did a job last winter ,the customer supplied a Buderus boiler ,I piped it but the burner was installed by heatwise{seemed the homeowner new them}from what I hear it has great efficiency ,I went over there the other day to get some info. they told me there was a class coming up & they will call & let me know about it {rather odd,its made in america by people who did'nt seem like they were from america} They told me the price was around the same as other burners & they sold like hotcakes {I've only seen one in my life}I recently installed a Biasi boiler thier broshure shows it with a heatwise ,it came with a Riello . I believe it's big in europe. I also believe someone on the wall knows the scoop!

I saw one

at a trade show in hartford. Live fire demo. I also saw it at my supply house trade show. Looks like it easy to service. I never had a chance to use one or service one.

They also have a hi/lo fire residential burner. I've only see their burner spec'ed on a Biasi and I think Monitor Products use the hi/lo unit on their FCX condensing boiler.
I hear it uses very standard parts. Like you said, never seen one.
