for the fist time...stuff's not cheap. I want to do this right. I have a setting that will be 24' long, roughly 18,000btu. Te tappings they give you are only 1/2"...based on a 20delta T 15,000 is my max..they say it will be ok but I am concerned. I was hoping to run 5/8" Wirsbo to the baseboard....any thoughts......kpc

Hi Kevin,
I am not sure on the 5/8 Pex. I have only piped these rads in Cu. I can tell you this. Make sure to allow plenty of space between multiple panels to join with unions. Have a tap handy for the bolt holes in the backs of the panels. They will be tight with the powdercoating, and you'll want to use those carriage bolts to keep the rads plumb. A little anti sieze on the wall brackets help things to move quieter, but they seem to be noisy unless you control the temp or keep that water turning. Big bucks, but nice. Have fun.0 -
really....
interesting about the expansion and install...ty kpc

I learned
that the plugs that come installed have no pipe dope. A week after I installed it there was water on the floor and a rusty stain on my expensive chrome plated brass nipples.
I think it is 9mm allen type wrench. Don't **** U Me like I did take out all of the plugs and redope them0
