steam condensate

I have one for the avid steam head. Here's the deal; I have been recently been called upon by a health club in dire need of installing two commercial steam generators. The only problem that hasn't been worked out is the steam supply piping. The only way to get from the steam source to the steam room is to drop down out of the unit through the floor across the ceiling about forty feet and up into the steam room. My biggest concern is what to do with the condensate build up. Please Help!!!!!

    We need some kinda sketch

bottom line...if you can't drain back by gravity, you've got to drip your supplies and drain to some kind of condensate tank that pumps back home. Are you certain, the units can't be located closer to the room? You could also oversize your supplies and counterflow them (i.e., condensate will flow against steam. It is not exactly clear the path you have to take...is the unit on the same floor ? above below? Mad Dog

Mad Dog, yes the units are on the same floor. Trouble is there is no way to go up and over the ceiling to drop down into the steam room. The walls are all closed up and i am working with some of the existing piping.
