Can anybody tell me what would be the best insulation to put under a driveway of paver's bricks?Mad Dog showed a job he did on L.I.'s gold coast i think were bricks,MD what kind of ins did it have.I'm located South Shore L.I. Thanks for any help.

Insulation under heated driveway
Use closed cell extruded polystyrene foam board such as Blue Dow Styrofoam or Pink Owens Corning Celfort. The R-value is 5 per inch of thickness. These materials do nor absorb ground water and hence retain their R-value over time. Do not use cheaper molded bead polystyrene foam board as it does absorb ground water and loses it's R-value over time.0
