Extra long C.I. rads built ?

We have a good customer who's house froze and she lost some radiators. One of them is exceptionally long and is a five tube , which I am told is no longer available.
If we were to have one built we have been told that the supplier cannot do it on thier press.
Anyone have any experience with Cast iron of this size ?
What about building it on site ?
Am I crazy ?
We will probably just install two and repipe.
