Try gettings some tiles and place them in the room as it is now heated. and see what time will do to the sensible heat in the tile. It might be that it will not be as bad as you think. Radiant heat is used to warm things then air. that is what it is all about! just-a-guess bigugh (after a day ot two check sensible heat on the tile by steping upon it with bare feet)

Has anyone tried to do any supplemental floor warming with smaller dia. tubing than 3/8".Room is already meeting heat load with ceiling radiant.Wish to install ceramic tile and warm the floor a little.0
