Loop Hot water Heating baseboard unit covers

I live in a little cape built in the 50s. I am still very happy with my baseboard units, but I would like to replace the covers (I do not know the correct name for these). One takes them off to clean around the heating element itself. If you could help me out where I could find these replacement panels or covers as well as the corner and connecting pieces. I would be forever greatful.
Thank you for taking the time out to answer me.

If you can find the manufacture of the baseboard, you might be able to find new replacement pieces. SOmetimes the name is stamped on the end caps. A good heating guy might be able to identify the manuf. by just looking at it.Baseboard really hasn't changed all that much. Some of the common makes in my area are Slant Fin, Embassy, and Suntemp. Good Luck!
