Auto dial temp sensor

Can anyone tell me where to get a temp sensor device that will sense low temp conditions in a unoccupied building or home and automaticaly dial the phone with a no heat message?

Box stores carry them apx 50 bucks. Control Products, Freeze Alarm , alarms and calls at 42. They have different models, also google Freeze alarms0 -
I know a company...
