radiatior is wheezing like an old man on a respirator

ok so hears the deal. i recently came across a boiler that was losing enough water to activate the l.w.c.o every 12 hours. after searching out the source of the problem i found the boiler to have a slight top leak. i tried to sell my customer a new boiler (the header was all piped in incorrectly with a bullhead T) but they would not hear of it. so against my will, (my boss told me too) i treated their boiler chemically with that hercules boiler seal. 36 hours later boiler lst enough water to shut down again. so i went through the house and changed all air valves in need of changing. worked like a charm, customer has not had to manually let in any water in over a week. BUT and what a big but it is. the radiator on the farthest run away from the boiler is wheezing, it literally sounds like the is a 90 year old man on his deathbed in there breathing and wheezing heavily. this has been going on for 6 days already low the customer tells me that the past 2 nights the radiator has been ice cold, and i for the life of e cannot figure out what the problem is

i had the same problem, never was able to solve it, passed it on to Plumber On Call inc. NY God only knows what they did with it
