I POSTED THIS PROBLEM APPROX.A MONTH AGO WE INSTALLED A BURNHAM STEAM BOILER MODEL V-95 IN A SMALL COMMERCIAL BUILDING.SYSTEM HAS WET AND DRY RETURNS WITH STEAM TRAPS ON ALL RADS AND STEAM TRAPS IN BASEMENT AT END OF MAINS BETWEEN MAINS AND RETURNS.IT ALSO HAS CONDENSATE PUMP BY BOILER.SYSTEM CYCLES USING VAPORSTAT.MY PROBLEM.....SYSTEM RUNS GREAT,HEATS GREAT,AND STARTS TO CONDENSATE GREAT UNTIL IT CYCLES OFF ON PRESSURE,THEN THE WATER LEVEL DROPS TURNS AUTOFEED ON AND EVENTUALLY FLOODS BOILER.WE HAVE CHANGED ALL BASEMENT TRAPS,CUSTOMER REMOVED PIPE INSULATION AND HAS YET TO REPLACE CLAIMING NO PROBLEM BEFORE BOILER INSTALL!!!I ALMOST HAVE HIM TALKED INTO REINSULATING PIPES JUST NEED SOME REASSURING THAT THIS WILL DO THE TRICK..SO WHAT DO THE STEAM GUYS THINK????WOULD LOVE TO GET AN EXPERT OUT TO JOB BUT I DONT THINK HE'LL GO FOR IT...YOU KNOW LANDLORDS..
THANKS
