Hissing Vents

I replaced all my air vents with Gortons. On one of the farthest radiators I have a D valve. I notice that it shuts off, but when the valve opens I get a tremendour rush of air, coming out of the vent. I don't think it's steam, because there is no condensation. Would this relate to the main vents not venting enough air. Pressuretrol is set at lowest setting. Radiator is about fifty feet from the boiler. Ed
