Boston

I was watching 'This Ol House' on telly last night, Steve & Norm were in a house in Charlestown? Boston. I was shocked to learn that you guys are no longer part of the British Empire. In fact the chap mention something about an unsavoury incident in Boston Harbour, can anyone please enlighten me.
Do you think I should flick back a few channels & start watching the History channel? I can hardly bring myself to do that as the last time they screened the horrendous revelation that the British Royal family had a very questionable right to the throne! !
Regards.

    Yes it true

Its was a unfourtunate little incident a few years back. But we've forgiven and moved on, sort of like a fight between brothers. O.K. we kicked some butt, but hey, "good show" and all that " Eh what ? ".

Do check out the History channel, seems there was a little scrap about fifty years back where we came across the pond and helped out a little. So, no hard feelings and glad to be of help.

No other group I'd rather have on my side than you Boys.

PS: We like our brew alittle colder over here, but lets not get in a fight over it.

    We got history.

Yes Scott, on further research I do believe you are correct. In fact the History channel has an awful lot about the unpleasantness 60years ago.
Joking aside, history is a great thing to check-out. I've just finished a book about the history of Scotland & it helped me have a long look at my own unfound prejudice & beliefs.
Thanks Scott for your post & I hope you & your family have a great year.
    Regards Jimmy
