Boiler Failures or Explosions?

What would the most likely time a boiler would fail: Start up and low load, Start up and high load, Shut down and low load, or Shut down and high load. I would think the type of fuel would matter(coal or gas). This is how the question was asked to me and any help would be appreciated.

Are you talking boiler failure
or are you talking about a fuel related explosion?0 -
That is a good question. It is related to steam, condensate, and the fuel used. Not a fuel related explosion, but a low water or banking condition of the boiler. Thanks.0
