AS of 5 pm, the team that deals with this type of emergency is still at work atttempting to rescue a person trapped after a ditch caved in. They are bringing in tents and heaters--as it might be some time before they are successful in their efforts. Apparently, hypothermia is a factor for this person. They have already rescued one person. Please pray that they are successful in returning this person alive to his loved-ones. The collapse is in DC.
