Multiple munchkins

I will first admit I am a sinner and mainly work with schorched air. Had a customer ask me to look at a pair of munchkins after I told him "my" end of things were working as they were designed. two 199 munchkins 85* return both cycling when supply reaches 185*

piping is basicly the two munchkins to a supply and return t goes from one run of return t to a pump then through one of the boilers out to air scoop and tank through a flow check then into a run on the supply t. other boiler air elimination and all is a mirror image. is that anywhere near right ? only two pumps are the taco 010 or 011's on the returns.
100* rise across the boilers, cycling on temp and poor temp rise across hot water coils all sounds like poor waterflow to me. Plumbing contractor claims they are fine and we have too much fresh air coming in would think if that was the problem both boilers would run nonstop and never come up to temp. any suggestions on how to check flow or ways to work with someone to resolve the problem.

Thanks :) how about a bad drawing. All the piping is 1 1/4 load is supposedly 300k+ btu's and yes it does have glycol supposedly 50%. feeds two air handlers shutting the valves to one makes a difference so I dont belive the coil is slushed up or anything.

    Yup...

    you needs more pumps.....
No way those pumps are gonna push through the Munchie's and then through the AH's and get them bugger's enough flow....
The pumps are to be for the Munchie's ONLY!!!!
Get it piped P/S NOW before you screw everything up.
Closely spaced tee's another pump and you'll be a happy camper!

Oh, and if you plumber don't know what P/S is.....
    call someone who does......

    Pump specs

will change based on the glycol percentage. Be sure to use the multipler for that sizing.

The expansion tank/feedwater needs to be on the inlet side of the pumps. You might make this work with big enough pumps,(oo13's perhaps?) but you will need some flow check valves to keep the fluid from recircing thru the secondary boiler when not in operation.

Thanks for the info. Things actually worked out ok a set of plans showed it was speced out as a primary secondary setup. Even got an apology from the owner of the plumbing company and they are going to make things right.
