Did not want this to get lost in last post, Your flue temps are too low for that boiler, it will condense inside boiler every time it fires up from cold. While system is heating up I would be looking for appx 300 degrees at breach of boiler after appx 5 minutes from start. I think you need to increase your gas input and readjust burner for good combustion. Ohter wise this boiler will always have problems with blockup in tubes and corroding out tubes. Just a little input. TIM
