Boilers for radiant heat

I'm considering radiant floor heating for an up coming additon to my home. I'm wondering if my current relatively new and expensive steam boiler can be converted to a water heater for this. I'm sure the answer is yes but I'm woundering how practicle this is and if theres much difference in construction between a steam generating boiler and a water heating boiler.

boiler
what kind of boiler is it? make and model0 -
you can use the....
steam boiler you will just have to be a bit creative w/ the boiler piping...probably a heat excanger and some sort of mixing strategy. Another option would be to use the tankless coil, if there is one and go from there.kpc
