Banging- Again

in THE MAIN WALL
I had the one pipe steam running real quiet. Increased the aquastat from 160 to 160, because a separate hot water zone's baseboard were not heating as well. Now the banging (mid cycle) is back. Banging coming from the return about six times then stops. ed

    How are you heating the hw zone? coil or off the bottom of the boiler. did you flush the returns? Are you from westchester?

    A tankless was installed on the side of the boiler. I'm not sure how to flush the returns. Returns on the hot water have been flushed, but not on the steam. ed
