<center>Oil Tech Talk's Boot Camp At Beckett NORA Approved With Two days of intense training</center> We'll start the first day with Oil Tech Talk's Team players workshop. This covers the following Communication: 
· Arrival to a customers home 
· When you're in the customer's home 
· What if the Customer is not home? 
· Why wear uniforms? 
Communication continued: 
· Talking with the customer on a personal level 
· How do you explain things to your customer? 
· Negative Communication = Negative Effects! 
· How to handle cancellations? 
Positive Communication: 
· Communicating with your peers including your
manager/owner Then in the afternoon we will get a full eduaction on the Beckett burners including the NX/NXLE the objective of this course is to teach the fundamentals of beckett oil burners and their components. This program includes some theory, including cause and effects. This program also covers some of the ways know in the industry to diagnose the burner and its components properly. Its written and demonstrated in such a way that it can be taught to an entry level, technician and also serve as a great refresher course for the seasoned technician. This session utilizes lecture, field examples, demonstrations, slides, handout materials, troubleshooting techniques and encourages technicians participation. On day Two well have a full day of hands on troubleshooting with fully operational oil burners and my diagnostic simulators, built for technicians. Youll even get to build your own burners. You'll install them in a system in the lab and perform a full combustion analysis to see how you did. We will have some burners that we have already snuck a few faults you'll have to figur out what we did? Don't worry you'll be accompanied by Becketts Technical Service Training Team!
