i was just wondering if any of you guys could help with this
i am the custodian of the local library with a 2 pipe steam system 1929 vintage
boiler is burnham about 20 yrs old oil fired
everything works great just the rad in the entry vestibule
all the rest get hot all the way across and building heats well
the heat is turned down to 60 at nite and back to 70 mid morning
cant get that rad to heat very much even though the system runs for about 2 hrs after being low all nite
site is great and love to read it
thanks

cold rad
Two-pipe systems very often have radiator steam traps that fail and hold air in the radiator. Find that trap, and inspect.0
