Car wash/snowmelt

I have to go to the carwash tomorrow . It has the Stadler vega control w/slab sensors. Temp. & moisture sensor.
Problem is I need to run on out door temp. The water runs back out of the bay onto the slab on the entrance side. It was assumed only snowmelt would be needed in this area. The moisture sensor is not in front of the door and an ice problem is occuring.
Is there an easy way to defeat the moisture sensor and run on temp?? I dso not have the directions that came with the sensor with me. Thanks

Carwash De-ice and Snow Melt two diff animal!
Snow melt - you wait for precipitation (usually evenly from the heavens) under freezing conditions then bring the slab up from a standby or cold temp to melt & dry. Car wash de-ice you bring up to temp 38*F or so and leave on. I don't know what type of wash your're visiting today. It's not practical to use snow sensor in a wash especially in a multiple bay wash like self serve and automatics. You can't cover all the bays with one sensor. There is always water overspray and carry out from the vehicles. A good site will be washing cars regularly and therefor it isn't economical or practical turning on and off the system. Now to your question. I ran into the same problem exect they used Tekmar with the sensor installed at the entrace apron of a tunnel wash. Didn't do much for all the water the vehicles carried out of the wash. I used the standby feature and set at 38*F I am not familiar with Stadler contorls and don't even know if this is an option for you.0 -
Thanks
For the help.
Today I found the boiler off . Broken low voltage wire, at the wire nut. It was the wire coming back from the prover switch in the fan in a can.
Tomorrow a daytime high of just 15°F and wind chills to -5°.0 -
stadler
if it is the stadler advanced snow melt control it has a feature called idle.check thru the menu button and activate it it may help you and check the moisture sensor setting. you can try to raise it higher,5 is normal range 9 is high sensitivity, you will use a lot more fuel.
