just did the whole thing over took 2 days from dry base mclean with a tankless coil to a wet base mclean with a indirect tank the old boiler was 30 years old and leaking slightly into the chamber but not enough to drip on the floor the inside was completely white from all the hard water steaming during firing so the old one didn't really completly crap the bed

It looks like the thread sealant glows in the dark , like David's van decals .

I bet the homeowner was extremely happy with the improvement from the old to the new .

Is the basement naturally dark , or were the batteries in the camera low on charge ? I switched to rechargable Ni-MH AAs and they hold a charge for over a month and the flash works alot better . Great work Clammy .

yeah it's for a low temp on the alarm system i shorted i out by accident while mounting the versa bar dam alarm co called in about 2 minutes i was impressed they service alot of these homes i was surprised they responed so fast but i should know they call when these multi million $ homes go off cause no one home there in france or some place thanks for the lighten i always have a hard time posting
