Programmable Thermostat that is round, not rectangular

My Honeywell round-faced thermostat works well and looks great in my recently-restored Craftsman bungalow, but I would like to get the advantage of a programmable thermostat. Honeywell makes a round-faced digital thermostat (T8775) but doesn't show a programmable version. Does anyone know where I can get a round and programmable thermostat?

    Digital yo-yo

Honeywell makes a digital thermostat that mounts to their "yo-yo" T87. Contact them to find a local supplier..

    T87 programmable

    Does not exist.

The mechanical setback mentioned is not a serious device.

    Honeywell stopped production on those

a while ago. If you check your local hardware stores they might still have one on the shelves. Otherwise, there are no more round programables.

    Round programmable

The T8700 was "semi programmable", in that it repeated a single setback every 24 hours. It was discontinued in 2000, although some may remain at a few distributors. The new T8775 is not programmable, but is didigtal, +- 1 degree accurate, mercury-free, with a lighted display, and fits the identical "footprint" of the old T87.
  • T87F has feet?

    Sorry, Bill, I couldn't resist.

Welcome back. Did you have a good vacation?
