no heat in one room

I've recently moved from a brand new house w/ forced hot air to a home approx. 60 years old with baseboard hot water heat (single loop)and have limited know-how. We have one room (second floor) that gets no heat. I've located the pipes to this room, its towards the end of the loop, but pipes just before and after are very hot, however, this pipe is extremely cold. As mentioned, I have limited knowledge, but am guessing the trap may be faulty ??? Am I on the right track and is this a costly repair. I'm located in Central New Jersey and would appreciate any advice and professional recommendations. Thank you.

Probable solution
Sounds to me that you might have an air lock in that particular room. You'll have to tap into the line somehow and blow the air out of the system. There might be an air vent at the inlet to the baseboard that might be closed, open this up and drain the air out. Also it is a good idea to add a Spirovent air eleiminator to the boiler loop. Rule of thumb for where to install this is low pressure, high temperature so install it where the hot water comes out of the boiler but before the pump where you have the lowest pressure.0
