all they need to do..

is show footage on the 11 oclock news of city workers removing an offending boiler especially if the boiler still looks good to drive the message home that looks dont mean a thing,
thats like a mandetory boiler replcement fine!!! - the germans have this one right!!!

Blame it on the marketing dept!

This could be “blamed” on the marketing dept! Most of us understand that be it gas,oil,coal,etc. it’s “dirty” and needs to be cleaned and adjusted yearly. However, due to great marketing most of the general pubic think, gas the clean, modern, fuel. Just put it in pay the gas bill and forget it! I cannot begin to count how many plugged gas systems I have found over the years. If you use it for heat, please have it serviced yearly! to avoid problems like this.

If you follow the link on the "CO again" thread for this story, you will be amazed at how close these kids really came.

They were passing out in the home weeks before this happened! A trip to the hospital and the doctors could find nothing wrong!

Doctors need to test too!

it take a hole chemistry lesson to get
people to understand how soot comes out
of gas, they think if they cant see the carbon
in the hydro-carbon - it aint there, then i
tell them that they eat soot in their food
(hey carbs is carbs) and exhale it with every
breath that, like totaly freaks them!!!!
