Cast Iron Rad Alterations

We have a job where the Engineer wants us to remove 2 sections of American Peerless Wall Radiatiors and replace them with pipes so a new wall can go in at a school built in 1926.
Any clever ideas on how to best do this? Break the sections, cut the area by the section nipples???

Hummmmmmmmmmmmm
100 yr old rads. taking apart may well be impossible. since you have to remove the ends then the sections then replace the ends I'd say you are into more than I'd like to be. I'd consider just replacing them with new ones from Burnham and be done with it. Of course you'll have get the "powers that be" to accept that but I doubt that you have a choice.
Iff one end cracks you'll be into it anyway. JMHO bigugh0 -

Youll probably need 2 left/right nipples. Chris0
