Can someone help me with my wiring...my TACO zone valves won't open. I need to leave them in the open position instead of the auto position..here's what I have....(system is a gas fired boiler for a baseboard heating system..just heat..no hot water)

ON THE TRANSFORMER IN THE BOILER

**from the "G" terminal
-1 wire into junction box where relay is connected.
-1 wire from terminal#2 on the zone valve
-1 wire to the left terminal on the limit (temp) control

**from the "R" terminal
-1 wire from thermostat(s) (i.e.- white wire)

**from the "C" terminal
-1 wire into the junction box with the relay
-1 wire to the "TR" terminal on the gas valve

FROM THE "TH" TERMINAL ON THE GAS VALVE
-1 wire from "TH" to the limit control's right term.

ON THE ZONE VALVE(S)......
Terminal #1
-wire from thermostat (i.e. red wire)
Terminal #2
-wire from terminal "G" on transformer
Terminal #3
-??????? where does the wire that connects to this terminal originate????? in order to operate valve?????

My questions.....
? could the relay be bad?

?? What is the middle terminal on the gas valve (un-used at this point) used for..labeled "TH-TR"

---other pert. info.----
Transformer plate reads
120V 60Hz 25V 40VA Class 2 transformer

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED......i'm hoping to add pics to help you help me...
