Pipe insulation

I am interested in pipe insulation for the headers and exposed distribution piping for a radiant system. I prefer not using any foam insulating products. The line sizes range from 1 1/4" to 1/2".
Thanks Bryan

Recommend that you use rigid fiberglass insulation (plumbing supply house). Comes in all sizes and wall thicknesses with sized plastic covers for fittings (ELs, Ts and 45s). The best price/performance appears to be about 1" wall thickness. Easy to cut and put up. No fiberglass particle discomfort. Recommend cheap miter box if you don't have one.
