flow rates of PEX

as the same nominal size copper tubing ? I guess my question is actually more related to head resistance. Seems it would be considerably less for PEX, considering the lack of fittings for bends.
Need to know soon.

Actually....
just played with Siggy's HDS a bit and it seems that the flow rate for 150' of 3/4 copper with 10 - 90's would still be much greater than 3/4 pex with no 90's. Now, PAP seems to be much closer to the copper.
If you don't have the HDS... get it... it's well worth the bucks!!!

Tube to tube
The id of this type L copper is larger than 3/4" pex, by quite a bit. I imagine that's where the flow difference comes in.
