Hey Mark --carried my little Co detector into a house last week downflow furnace (themopride)and found 40ppm CO in blower conpartment,check the burner and meter went off the chart. Turned off furnace explained as best I could about CO, just before christmas single mom. She calls me back wants to know what can do, I pull the furnace down shove the trouble light in the burner and show her the light so to speak shining into the blower compartment(drum exchanger). The furnace burner and gas controller have been pulled and gas pipe caped. J.Lockard
