Is there anywhere to sell old radiators that are still in working order?

radiators
Recycling The Past in New Jersey is an architectural salvage yard that always has them for sale so they have to buy'em from somewhere. They have a website: recyclingthepast.com

of radiators that I've been collecting over the years. Let me know if you are anywhere near ny - as it usually doesn't pay to ship them. Mad Dog

If you're near Baltimore
you might take them to Second Chance. They're located at the foot of Warner Street below the stadiums. This would be handled as a "donation" which you would then deduct on your taxes.
Our company sometimes takes old radiators, but we don't have room for any more at this time.
But I'm curious.... why are you getting rid of them?

Hey MD
I know how we might get some of them to Lawn Gisland ;-)
BTW, I was at Second Chance the other day and they have some beautiful steamers.... unlike any I've seen before.... column type with pointed tops instead of rounded. Next time I go I'll take a picture and try to find out who made them.

Thanks for all your help!
I want to thank everyone for their help and interest. We are getting rid of the radiators because we are doing a rehab house. We've completely gutted the house, and thought it would be best to install central heat and air rather than try and keep the radiators. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, the person with whom I am working got rid of them today because they were in the way, and I just found out now when I spoke with him. But I appreciate all of your help very much and I'm sorry we couldn't have worked something out. I'll definitely keep this in mind, though, for the next time we have radiators on our hands! Thanks again!0 -
\"thought it would be best to install central heat and air\"
But as many have learned, you won't be nearly as comfortable as with the radiators.
