leaking radiators

i installed two new radiators in the basement--new to my steam system and they are heated with hot water from boiler bottom--since that time my first floor and second floor radiators are spraying water--i put new valves in --skimmed boiler and pitched existing radiators and checked pitch and piping in basement--nothing works --help!
